Motions
Proposals from members to the annual meeting must be submitted no later than February 25.
A motion is a proposal from one or more members to the annual meeting and can be about anything related to the branch’s activities or about RFSL Luleå och norra Norrbottens län as an organisation. The motion usually ends with one or more requests (requirements) that are formulated as to-clauses. More on how to write a motion (in swedish) in RFSL Youth’s Guide till att skriva motioner.
Motions from members must be submitted to the board at least four weeks before the annual meeting, that is February 25 for the Annual meeting of 2023. This is so that the board can give their comments on the motion and make the motion avaliable to all members before the annual meeting.
