Community
RFSL Luleå och norra Norrbottens län is made up of all its members. As a member you can influence what the branch should work with, submit ideas, run your own projects, help others with their ideas, but first and foremost come and participate in our member meetings and activities!
Steering documents
The rules for our organization can be found in the branch’s local statues and policy documents. These steering documents explain RFSL Luleå och norra Norrbottens län’s goal and purpose, they also sets the structure for our work and working methods. Board members, staff and everyone involved in the organization must also act accordingly to the current operational plan and budget for that area of work.
Influence
The annual meeting (årsmöte) is held every year and is our highest decision-making body where we gather to discuss the past- and the upcoming operational year. At the annual meeting, all members has the right to vote in the decision-making regarding the operational plan, and in the election of representatives for positions within the board, the nomination committee and the auditors.
