Lecture on LGBTQI-asylum law by Aino Gröndahl, lawyer RFSL. Among other things, Aino has written the legal investigation ”Avslagsmotiveringar i hbtqi-asylärenden” (Rejection justifications in LGBTQI asylum cases). The investigation shows the challenges and legal uncertainty that LGBTQI people who seek asylum faces, in order to live safe and open lives in Sweden.
