Plaintiff’s counsel

Jenny also takes on assignments as plaintiff’s counsel in criminal cases and you can ask to have her as legal representative when you contact the police. Please note that you, as the victim, do not have to bear the cost of the plaintiff’s counsel yourself. That cost is paid by the state.

It is important that you have confidence for your plaintiff’s counsel. Jenny is passionate about helping criminal victims and has many years of experience working with legal issues related to LGBTQI. She has good knowledge when it comes to LGBTQI people’s exposure to violence in close relationships, hate crimes, sexual violence and honour-related violence.
